Fifty 5 Fitness was founded in 2018 by Emily Parkes with a clear mission: to create a truly unique fitness experience where women over the age of 55 never feel intimidated, overwhelmed, out of shape, or out of place. Fifty 5 Fitness is designed so that people of all fitness levels can take part with the goal of staying healthy and to keep moving.
